Please inspect all products as soon as possible after purchasing.

If you believe your product is defective:

The product must be returned to Maitri within 7 days of purchase date and verified defective by a Maitri team member to receive a full refund or an exchange. The product must be in its original packaging, with all labels attached, and contain original contents.

If your product is unopened:

The product must be returned to Maitri within 7 days of purchase date to receive a full refund or an exchange. All labels must be attached with packaging and tamper seal intact. 

If you believe a product is defective or if your product is unopened, and 7 days have passed:

You must contact the product’s Grower/Processor and obtain a return authorization for an exchange, a full refund or credit. The product must be returned to Maitri within 30 days of purchase date in its original packaging, with all labels attached, and contain original contents. If unopened, the product must have all labels attached with packaging and tamper seal intact. Scroll down for Grower/Processor contact information.


If you have an issue with the weight, quality, or consistency of a product:

You must contact the product’s Grower/Processor and obtain a return authorization for an exchange, a full refund, or credit. The product must be returned to Maitri within 30 days of purchase date, in its original packaging, with all labels attached, and contain remaining contents.

For PAX, Yocan, GPen, PuffCo, and DART devices, You Must fill out and submit the manufacturer’s warranty program, if applicable in your purchase.
